Our first vintage. One special, final case.

The first case of the 2023 California Field Blend rolled off the bottling line without labels—on purpose.

Each of those initial 12 bottles is now a one-of-a-kind art piece by Corinne Cobabe Rushing. Those labels aren’t reproductions. They’re the actual artworks—mixed media on glass—cut, torn and composed from vintage art books, magazines and assorted ephemera. They’re also, quite literally, the first 12 bottles of wine that I ever made. Now they’re the last case from that inaugural vintage that will ever be offered for sale. An artwork for the cellar, and wine worth laying down.

Only 12 of these bottles exist. Each one is unique. Mailing list members only. Priced at $100.

A purchase from this special release will also trigger special pricing for the forthcoming 2024 and 2025 wines.
